What we do

We know Spanish wine. We offer a wide range of consulting services to help you improve your business and visibility in the Spanish market. If you're looking to expand or improve your Spanish wine selections, if you need visibility at the wine fairs, or need help with wine education, we’re here to help. No matter the challenge, we will find the best solution, tailored specifically to your needs. We work directly with small and medium sized wineries who work sustainably, organically and biodynamically. Connecting these producers with importation and distribution chains is what we do best. Whether discovering a new Spanish grape or a new trend, we’re always chasing the next best thing in Spanish wine so that we can bring it straight to you.

Our Services

 Wine Fairs

We can represent your company at all the major Spanish wine fairs. We will seek out winemakers that meet your criteria, looking for new references for your list, or producers more in line with your vision. It’s a great way for you to access many producers from across Spain, many of whom we have established relationships with, without the trouble and expense of sending your own team.

Education

We provide assistance and education to importers, distributors and wine shops about Spanish wines, Denominations of Origin, and biodynamic, organic and natural wines. We are happy to help your team understand the ever-changing regulations of Spanish wine and trends in the market, as well as wine styles that may be represented in your catalogue.

Intermediating bulk wine acquisitions

We are able to intermediate bulk wine acquisitions, from the selection of bulk wines that meet your criteria to organizing logistics. We work with only high quality bulk producers, who work organically, with a focus on the growers, assuring quality from vineyard to bottle.

List Expansion & Streamlining

We are happy to review your list and to tailor it to your exact specifications. Our intimate understanding of both the Spanish and the US markets allows us to create a list that is just right for your needs. We can recommend producers that might fill gaps in your list, as well as up and coming Spanish wine winemakers that will make your catalogue stand out from the rest. We are also able to help you streamline your list, pairing down redundancies or finding solutions that help you save time and money. 

Wine Assessment & Selection

We can meet with winemakers already in your portfolio to taste current vintages and new additions to their line, and to help you select the best representation of their catalogue. We’ll keep you up to date with changes to their lines and their winemaking approaches.

For Winemakers

Our goal is to earn visibility for the many winemakers we work with. We can advise producers on their most suitable distribution partners in the US, and help to streamline the process of adding new distribution and importation channels.

Once I was bitten by the wine bug, there was no turning back. Ever since I made the leap into wine, I have been passionate about discovering new producers that work the land with minimal intervention. I love visiting the vineyards and working the harvest with winemakers I respect, taking a hands on approach to understanding a winemaker’s vision.

I began my career in wine as a writer. In the years spent interviewing winemakers, and opening my own wine education space, I’ve had the fortune of learning “on the ground” about Spanish wine, seeking out small producers that create wines with minimal intervention that express the purity and beauty of Spanish terroir and native grapes.
